Shipping policy

Orders in Cairo takes up to 5 working days maximum.

Orders outside Cairo take from 3 to 10 days depending on the City.

YOU CAN'T RECEIVE PART OF THE SHIPMENT. IT IS EITHER YOU RECEIVE THE FULL PACKAGE OR RETURN THE FULL

PACKAGE AND NO EXCEPTIONS.

We want to confirm that you can try on items while the courier is there. However, partial shipments (keeping one item and returning the other) are not allowed. The entire order must be kept or fully returned with the courier and only pay the shipping fees.
